UK Delivery & Prices
All prices advertised exclude V.A.T. Delivery applies to all orders up to 20kg and will be dispatched using Royal Mail first class post or UPS.
Please allow 1-4 working days for your goods to be delivered.
Your delivery price is calculated by total weight of items & packaging as follows;
up to 250g = £1.83 1701g to 1900g = £6.00
251g to 1140g = £3.23 1901g to 20000g = £6.99
1141 to 1700g = £4.85
We endeavour to dispatch your goods within 1-3 working days of receipt of your order. In most cases, however, this is usually within 24 hours.
It may sometimes be necessary for us to use an alternative courier, and in which case, we shall not use one that provides a lesser service than those advertised above. Please note, your item may require a signature and we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Please do not return any item without first contacting us!
(a). Should you receive an incorrect order or damaged goods, please contact us immediately and in any case within 3 days of receipt of the goods. We will advise on the return and replacement of the item(s). You cannot return or have replaced a lubricant type or fuel treatment product you have opened or partially used.
(b). For goods ordered incorrectly, or simply wish to return, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods and we will give you a returns receipt reference number. The goods must be returned unopened and in a resaleable condition. We will refund your money as soon as possible for goods purchased, less any postage & packaging charges, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving written notice of decision to cancel.

Out of Stock Items:
We will never knowingly advertise an item that is not visibly marked "out of stock".
(a). If the item fluid size is not in stock when we receive your order we will automatically replace it with alternative sizes, maximum 4, equal to or slightly more than your ordered fluid quantity.
(b). We will contact you immediately to advise on availability. We can usually restock and despatch within 5 working days. Should this not be suitable for you, you may choose an alternative item(s) to the same value or request a refund.
Worldwide Delivery & Pricing:
Customers purchasing within the E.U will have V.A.T added to their order during the checkout process. We usually despatch within 1-3 working days of receiving your order.
Our chosen carrier will deliver your item by air usually within 2-10 working days. Some remote destinations may take longer. A signature will usually be required upon receiving your delivery.
European delivery price is calculated by total weight of items & packaging as follows:
up to 500g = £3.85 4001g to 9000g = £22.49
501g to 1050g = £6.98 9001g to 14000g = £24.30
1051g to 1600g = £12.81 14001g to 20000g = £26.77
1601g to 4000g = £19.50
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to include all countries within our automatic online delivery pricing structure during checkout. Some countries within Europe will also not be included.
If you are directed to 'Contact Us' with your order and delivery address during the shopping process, we will provide a delivery price for you, and usually within 1 working day. Your order may then be completed by credit/debit card over the phone or by Bank Transfer. We apologise for this inconvenience in advance.
You are responsible for any customs/duty charge that may apply in the country your item is delivered.
